Tagboard Compensation philosophy consists of three things: direct compensation- wages and salaries, bonuses, commissions, and incentives. Indirect compensation includes our robust health insurance, disability insurance, and long term care insurance provided in full by Tagboard. Finally, non-financial compensation makes up the third component including our organizational support and human -first work policies, a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and satisfying work.

At Tagboard we support the whole human.  We provide a $2,000 ergonomic home office set up allowance so you can choose what works best for your mind and body.  Our annual learning and development stipend supports the continued growth of our team members and we also provide a number of internal development programs throughout the year.  Our monthly tech stipend helps offset the cost of working from home and our minimum vacation policy ensures that each person takes time to recharge over the course of a year.

Application ReviewWe read every resume to ensure that we adhere to an inclusive and equitable experience. This will be the longest part of the process.

Call With Talent AcquisitionIn this 30 min phone call we will have the opportunity to learn more about you and what you love to do and you will get to learn more about Tagboard and the role specifics.

Hiring Manager Zoom

In this 45 minute zoom call you will get to know the hiring manager; their team make up, expectations and role specifics. It is also an opportunity to speak to your previous experience and your skill set.

Exercise

This step is role dependent.  If we would like to gain more insight on your skill proficiency, or gain a deeper understanding of your work style and communication then we may ask you to complete an exercise.

INTERVIEW LOOP

These Zoom conversations will give you the opportunity to meet key members of the team you are interviewing with and from cross functional teams that you would work closely with.  This time will also give our team the opportunity to get to know you, dig into your background, and learn more about the talents you would bring to Tagboard.

VALUES CONVERSATION

This is a 30 min Zoom conversation with a member of our team to dive deeper into our values and how they shape everything we do.
